Finished SOAP notes and transcript for counselling session one!!
Well, all the spoken words for the transcript at least.
Havent added in the actions yet. But i think it will be quite fast.
And i finished fabricating SOAP notes for session two and three too!!

Will finish SOAP notes for session 3-5 after lessons tomorrow.
Take into account that its still saturday night for me even though its already past midnight.
I would have finished them today (saturday) but i am running out of ideas on how to continue.

Oh well.
