Hey!! I'm back from the visit to the Old Folks' Home. Kinda freaky really. Some folks there are really nice, while others are just plain grumpy. Most of them were not very welcoming actually. But there were a few which chatted with us. I had a huge problem communitcating with them. I can't speak hokkien or cantonese or malay, plus my chinese ain't very fluent and none of the folks i encountered spoke a word of english!!! Some folks there were plain weird. They just stared at us. Creepy. Then there is this guy from the 3rd floor ward that we were warned by some of the guys. He keeps asking if his sister is here already over and over again. This trip didn't really leave a good impression. I'd rather take care of young children than old folks. At least young children understand english.

The best part of the whole trip is the coming and going in the bus. Really,i'm not kidding. We had more fun in the bus. When we were going to the home,Elizabeth and i were both fighting for "Razzie" [Mr Razak]. Then Sean brought up that Mr Razak was already married but Elizabeth didnt care and no one else knew i liked Mr Razak until she pointed out i was the 4th party. LOL. We still had great fun. The home was situated in Geylang,so we passed some REALLY INTERESTING shops....u know the kind which guys get excited when we pass them?? Yup,those kinda shops. The coming back was fun. We brought along 2 air-blown rubber balls to play with the elderly, but most of them were bed-ridden so there was nothing much we could do. The guys started to hurl the balls at each other and soon the whole class was into throwing balls at each other. We could throw it hard cos the ball was very soft and bouncy and we had plenty of fun throwing at each other. The whole bus was filled with laughter and shouts!! So fun!!!

Today went pretty well too. Homework is sure to be given but lesson today was pretty interesting. History,we didn't do much except for deciding who gets to go for the dunn wat history thingy and i'm down for the 7th August one...English was boring. Maths, miss ong never come but we got worksheet to do. So difficult. I gave up in the end. Chinese was pretty interesting, got to know more about how people in the past used to write.

I never update for the past 2 days cos my mum dun lend me laptop. Nothing much happened though. I went with Yu Ting to White Sands to buy hotdogs from a newly opened shop. Its pretty good,so go try it!! The best part is u can put as much sauce as u want on the hotdogs. I love mustard and tomato sauce so i put plenty of it. Its really nice. A hotdog set consists of a hotdog, potato salad and a drink with choices or orange or lemon juice. The potato salad was yummy. Oh,and i bought a keychain, actually 2 keychains which says "Love" on one and " You'' on the other. I hung one on my hp,the other on my black wallet.

Must remember to watch Charmed later. Its one of the best shows i'ved ever watched.

Before i forget,i must shout out something really really important...

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY JOJO!!!!
